How does scrapensend work?

You describe your target audience (e.g., "25 software houses in Europe"), write instructions for the AI email, pick the tone and style, and hit Execute. scrapensend finds companies, scrapes their contact emails from real websites, generates a unique personalized email for each one, and sends them from your inbox. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

What do I need to fill in to create a campaign?

Two main things: (1) who you want to reach — a description of your target companies, and (2) what the email should say — instructions for the AI. Then you pick the tone, length, opening hook, call-to-action, and language from dropdown menus. You can also add an HTML signature and set the send interval. It takes about 5 minutes total.

Is scrapensend safe to use with my Gmail?

Yes. scrapensend uses official Google OAuth2 — we never see or store your password. Only an encrypted refresh token. Emails are sent from your actual account with natural timing intervals (3-6 minutes between each) to protect your sender reputation. You can revoke access anytime from your Google Account settings.

How personalized are the AI-generated emails?

Each email is uniquely generated. The AI reads the target company's actual website, understands their business, services, and context, and writes a message based on your instructions specifically for them. No templates, no mail merge — two companies in the same industry get completely different emails.

Where do the company emails come from?

scrapensend scrapes them from the company's own website — contact pages, footer, about pages, mailto links, even Cloudflare-obfuscated emails. These are public business emails (info@, contact@, hello@), not personal addresses. If no email is found on a website, that company is skipped.

Is cold emailing legal?

Yes. Sending B2B cold emails to publicly available business addresses is legal under GDPR (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)) and CAN-SPAM Act. scrapensend only targets companies, never private individuals. Our prompt validation system blocks requests for personal data.

How much does scrapensend cost?

Three plans: Starter at $19/month (10 campaigns, 100 leads each), Pro at $39/month (40 campaigns, 200 leads each, full style controls), and Business at $79/month (unlimited campaigns, 250 leads, no branding in emails). No setup fees. Cancel anytime.

Can I control the tone and style of emails?

Yes. You can customize: objective (sales, partnership, link building, research, recruiting), opening hook (website visit, industry match, direct question, compliment), tone (casual, direct, formal, bold), length (short or standard), call-to-action (soft check, find person, offer resource, book call), and language (auto-detect, English, Polish, German, Spanish, French).

Can I preview emails before they are sent?

Yes. scrapensend has a Preview button that generates a sample email using your instructions and style settings, addressed to a fictional company. You can review the tone, content, and structure before launching the campaign.

What email providers does scrapensend support?

Currently Gmail (via OAuth2), SendGrid (via API key), and Resend (via API key). Microsoft Outlook, custom SMTP, Mailgun, and Amazon SES support is coming soon.

Can I stop a campaign after it starts?

Yes. One click on the Stop button and no more emails will be sent. You can also resume a stopped campaign later. All progress is saved.

Do I need any technical knowledge to use scrapensend?

None. If you can fill in a form and click a button, you can use scrapensend. There is no code to write, no API to configure, no CSV files to import.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using scrapensend (“the Service”), operated by Codaro Automation (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

scrapensend is an AI-powered cold email outreach automation tool. It allows users to scrape publicly available company information from the web, generate personalized emails using artificial intelligence, and send those emails through connected email providers (e.g., Gmail, SendGrid, Resend).

3. Account requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You must provide accurate account information via Google Sign-In.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected email providers.
You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use scrapensend only for legitimate business outreach. You must not:

Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable anti-spam laws.
Use the Service to send malicious content, phishing attempts, or fraudulent communications.
Scrape or email individuals who have explicitly opted out of receiving communications.
Use the Service to harass, threaten, or deceive recipients.
Exceed the limits of your subscription plan or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Email sending responsibility

You are solely responsible for the emails sent through scrapensend.

Emails are sent from your own email account (Gmail or other connected provider). We act as a tool — you are the sender.
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding cold outreach in your jurisdiction and the recipient's jurisdiction.
You must include an unsubscribe option where required by law.
We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from emails you choose to send, including deliverability issues, spam reports, or legal claims.

6. AI-generated content

Email content is generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate phrasing. You are responsible for reviewing generated emails before sending. We recommend using the preview feature to verify content before launching campaigns.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
All plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at dominik.dyga@codaro.dev for refund requests.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current price for 90 days.

8. Data and scraping

scrapensend scrapes publicly available information from websites to find company contact details. By using the Service:

You acknowledge that scraped data comes from public sources and may not always be accurate or up to date.
You agree to respect websites' terms of service and robots.txt directives.
You will not use scraped data for purposes other than legitimate business outreach.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, brand, and documentation, is owned by Codaro Automation. You retain ownership of your campaign data, prompts, and email content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codaro Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to: lost profits, business interruption, damage to sender reputation, or legal claims resulting from emails sent through the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify you via email.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Poland.
